The retreat is focused on wellness and relaxation. Every day, participants will have group sessions of yoga, meditation, and spiritual grounding practices to connect with the local energy. Off the mat, time is free to hike the red rock trails, explore uptown Sedona, savor southwestern cuisine, or simply rest at the lodge. The accommodation includes daily late morning brunches and most evening meals, with only one dinner out on your own to experience the local restaurant scene.

The package features a guided vortex hiking excursion. This excursion includes mindful hiking, meditation in nature, exploring renowned energetic centers like Cathedral Rock or Bell Rock, and taking in the sweeping desert vistas. Additionally, there is a special evening scheduled for a guided stargazing and sound healing session. This is a spiritual outing that involves exploring the clear night skies of the high desert, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath and a culturally inspired Southwestern welcome dinner.
Optional Activities (Not Included)
During free time, it is possible to add extra activities to the routine. Leisure options include booking a famous off-road Jeep tour through the rugged backcountry or a guided mountain biking adventure. I'm not flexible or fit enough for yoga
You don’t need to be an expert yogi to join our retreats. We welcome all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced instructors provide modifications and are here to guide you at every step. Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.
I can't meditate
Many people worry that they can’t quiet their mind enough to meditate, but meditation is a skill that takes practice, just like learning to play an instrument. Our retreats provide a supportive environment to learn and practice meditation, guided by experienced teachers. You’ll be surprised at what you can achieve with practice and guidance.
I won't know anyone
One of the joys of our wellness retreats is the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals from different walks of life. Many of our guests come alone but leave with new friendships forged through shared experiences. Our team also ensures a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels part of the AIR Wellness Retreats™ family.
I'm not sure if it's worth it
We invite you to read the stories and testimonials from our past guests. Their transformative experiences speak volumes about the value of our retreats. Remember, wellness isn’t a destination, it’s a journey, and we’re here to guide you on that path, every step of the way. With AIR Wellness Retreats™, you’re not just investing in a holiday, you’re investing in a better, more balanced, more fulfilling life.

Words From Our Guests
The home itself was stunning, and every detail reflected such care and intention. The e-bikes were an absolute blast, and the meals — healthy, vibrant, and 5-star quality — were a true highlight.
Andrea and Kim have a gift for creating experiences that nourish your body, mind, and spirit. This was my second retreat with Air Wellness, and it absolutely won’t be my last. If you’re looking to recharge, reconnect, and return home feeling inspired and renewed, I can’t recommend Air Wellness enough.
